Martín is the partner in charge of the firm’s trial practice. An experienced litigator with extensive courtroom experience, Martín represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution venues.
Martín is highly adept at all pre-trial aspects of litigation, often using creative legal strategies, theories and procedures to his client’s benefit. Martín’s methods of preparation and hard work separate him from other attorneys, whether the case requires a quick resolution or an eye towards trial. Martín’s work ethic, combined with his broad experience, allows him to provide exceptional representation to our clients.
Martín handles a wide variety of disputes involving Businesses, Franchises, Construction Defects, Contracts, Labor/Employment matters, Non-Competition/Trade Secrets, Real Estate Contracts, Condominium and HOA enforcement matters, Trust Disputes, Probate Administration, Commercial and Residential Landlord/Tenant matters to name a few. Prior to founding ABN Law, Martín was a litigation associate for a multi state law firm.
Martín attended the University of Maryland School of Law where he was awarded the Order of the Barristers for excellence in trial and appellate advocacy. And has a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Washington Adventist University.
He is a member of the Middle District Court Florida, the Florida Bar – Trial Section, and the Collier County Bar Association – Young Lawyers Section. His Professional Awards and Honors include the Order of the Barristers.
Born and raised in Argentina, Martín has the bilingual ability and cultural understanding to help promote his clients’ goals nationally and internationally.
