In addition to his regular practice, Rich is general counsel to highly successful individuals, families, family offices, private equity companies, real estate companies, contractors, business owners, and a broad range of business and individual clients with a focus on proper planning to avoid litigation and unnecessary disputes. Rich uses his long-standing relationships in business and professional communities in order to make connections, provide strategic advice and solve his clients’ problems. He works closely with clients and their advisors to provide a customized approach, with attention and commitment, to address clients’ demands and needs.
Rich holds a BA Degree in English Literature from the University of Tampa, and a Law Degree from Nova Southeastern Sheppard Law Center, J.D.
